Eden-2000 knows that you care how information about you is used and shared, and we appreciate your trust that we will do so carefully and sensibly. This notice describes our privacy policy. By visiting Eden-2000, you are accepting the practices described in this Privacy Notice.

The information we learn from clients helps us personalize and continually improve your internet experience at Eden-2000. Here is what we do with information we gather.

  • Information You Give Us: We receive and store any information you enter on our Web site or give us in a secure way. You can choose not to provide certain information, but then you might not be able to take advantage of many of our features. We use the information that you provide for such purposes as responding to your requests, customizing future services for you, improving our website, developing more effective marketing and design techniques, and communicating with you.

  • E-mail Communications: To help us make e-mails more useful and interesting, we offer special deals and coupons to our valued customers. We do not share your email address with any other company. We mainly use your email address to contact you in case there is an issue to discuss with you about your project or service you've ordered. Email is a big part of developing a website, we prefer to work very closely with our website clients and without email, it would sometimes be impossible to provide such a personalized service.

 

What About Cookies?

  • Cookies are alphanumeric identifiers that are transferred to your computer's hard drive through your Web browser to enable a company to recognize your browser and to provide features such as storage of items in your Shopping Cart between visits. They are very nice for a company to use, when used properly.

  • We do not use cookies yet, but would like to offer the feature to our customers soon. The cookie stores info about your browser that tells us what information to securely bring up for you once you log in to our secure section. We are currently researching this idea to see if our current clients feel that they would benefit by our website having cookies.

  • The "help" portion of the toolbar on most browsers will tell you how to prevent your browser from accepting new cookies, how to have the browser notify you when you receive a new cookie, or how to disable cookies altogether. However, cookies allow you to take full advantage of some websites coolest features, and we recommend that you leave them turned on.

 

Does Eden-2000 Share the Information It Receives? NO

Information about our customers is an important part of our business, and we are not in the business of selling it to others. 

How Secure Is Information About Me?

  • We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input. You can feel safe when ordering through our secure online order process. When you make your payment, your info is as safe as it is at your bank.

  • We reveal only the last four digits of your credit card numbers when confirming an order. Of course, we transmit the entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card company during order processing.

Children

Eden-2000 and associated web stores do not sell products or services for purchase by children. If you are under 18, you may not use Eden-2000.

Conditions of Use, Notices, and Revisions

If you choose to visit Eden-2000, your visit and any dispute over privacy is subject to this Notice and our Terms of Use (below), including limitations on damages, and/or arbitration of disputes... If you have any concern about privacy at Eden-2000, please send us a thorough description to privacy@web-designs2000.com , and we will try to resolve it. Our business changes constantly. This Notice and the Terms of Use will change also, and use of information that we gather now is subject to the Privacy Notice in effect at the time of use. We may e-mail periodic reminders of our notices and conditions, unless you have instructed us not to, but you should check our Web site frequently to see recent changes.

WEBSITE TERMS OF USE

Usage Policy: This website is for adult use only. We provide a website development service for starting internet business. No one under 18 is allowed to enter this website or utilize it's services in any way. We reserve the right to amend, adjust, add to, edit, or revise our policies anytime we deem necessary, and will provide all of the revisions to this page.

Refund policy: Website development cost is non-refundable, once all website graphics, pages, content setup, and upload services have been performed, services are considered rendered and all balance of fees are due. All custom built websites, graphics, and files will be the property of the website owner, not eden-2000, once final balance is paid in full. If a refund is requested because of special circumstances such as the website owners inability to finish the project in the case of death or family emergency, fire, flood, etc... A refund will be considered, but a 50% handling fee will be deducted for services already rendered and a refund may still be denied unless circumstances deem necessary. If a deposit is paid for a project and then not utilized within 6 months to initiate project development, the deposit of funds is forfeited and no refunds are extended. Please do not pay deposit too far in advance. We cannot act as a financial institution under US laws, we are a web development company and cannot hold funds for any customer for longer than 6 months.
