NOTICE: A recent amendment to the Title 18 2257 law requires more strict records to be kept. We recommend you read up on the new law. You may already be in compliance. Here is a short list of compliance standards.

  • You must be in possession of legal licensing and/or model age verification and releases of any and all content at your site and keep proper records. Usually provided with your content purchase from a reputable content provider. Or provided by the models by way of forms you present to your models before filming sessions with them.
  • Your site must not portray any illegal content; Child Porn, Beastiality, and/or hate related material.
  • There must be a warning and legal compliance statement (linking to a page displaying compliance statement, name and address where records are kept) on the footer of each page a visitor hits at your site. And you must be sure to make records available to the DOJ by displaying where records are kept on your website. All content that is freely and publicly displayed must not contain sexually explicit material. It must be considered soft or censored.
  • You must ensure that sexually explicit content is only accessible to adults via credit card membership or adult verification service, behind password protection.
